Exceptions
Payment for transport, installation, packing, storage, conservation, framing, photography, and other such services will be paid by the Client directly to the third-party Vendor, Provider, or other such companies.
The fee due to JE, LLC will be paid by the Client to JE, LLC directly and independently from any third-party Vendor’s, Provider’s, or other such companies’ cost of service. Payment may be sent via: Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. Payment via credit card will incur a service fee of 3%.
JE, LLC will not be responsible for any sales tax, use tax, VAT, Plus Tax, duties, tariffs, or other such fees.
All taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the Client.
All information submitted to international shipping agents, by JE, LLC, third-party Vendors, Providers, or other such companies, originated from the Client. JE, LLC is not responsible for false or incorrect information provided by the Client.
Shipping Estimates and other such Estimates are based on the information provided by the Client, and communicated to third-party Vendors, Providers, and other such persons or companies.
Estimates are based on current rates and tariffs.
Expedited Services, if requested by the Client, will to be included as a line item on the Vendor’s Estimate and Invoice.
If the requested Project, by the Client, of a third-party Vendor, Provider, or other such company, will exceed normal business hours, the additional costs will be estimated accordingly and included in the Vendor’s Estimate and Invoice.
If the Client requests Fine Art Insurance (and/or transit insurance) as part of the Service, the third-party Vendor, Provider, or other such company may include this as an individual line item in their Estimate and Invoice.
If the Project, requested by the Client, such as pick-up and delivery, require anything more than “easy access,” this additional service and labor may be included in the Vendor’s Estimate and Invoice.
The provided Estimates will be based on estimated volumetric weight. If actual volumetric weight exceeds estimated volumetric weight, charges may increase.
