Welcome to https://jodyegolf.com (the “Site”).  Jody Egolf Fine Art Logistics & Collections Management, LLC, doing business as JE, LLC, understands that privacy online is important to users of the Site, especially when conducting business.  This statement governs the privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site (“Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by JE, LLC, (collectively, “Services”) (“Authorized Clients”).

Refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, VAT number, EIN number, and credit card information.  Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?

JE, LLC may collect basic user profile information from all Visitors.  JE, LLC may collect the following additional information from Authorized Clients:  the name, email address, phone number, address, the nature, and size of the business.

What organizations are collecting the information?

In addition to JE, LLC’s direct collection of information, third-party service vendors (such as credit card companies and banks) who may provide such services as processing payment.  JE, LLC does not control how these third parties use such information but does ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors and Authorized Clients.

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?

JE, LLC uses Personally Identifiable Information to make appropriate service offerings, to contact Visitors and Authorized Clients in response to specific inquiries, or to provide Client-requested information.

With whom may the information be shared?

Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Clients may be shared with third-party Vendors, Providers, and other such companies only when necessary to complete the requested Service or requested Project.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?

Personally Identifiable Information collected by JE, LLC is securely stored, for only the period of time necessary to complete the requested Service or Project, and is not accessible to third parties, except for use as indicated above.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?

Visitors and Authorized Clients may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by JE, LLC and or third-party Vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by directly contacting the Company by email at [email protected].

How does the Site use login information?  (Membership Subscription, with login options, coming soon.)

The Site uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, browser version, pages visited, date and time of visit, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Clients on the Site?

JE, LLC has entered into and may continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors.  Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis, to perform the desired Service or Project, as requested and confirmed by the Client.  JE, LLC’s privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.  All Visitors and Authorized Clients are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy of all third-party Vendors, Providers, and other such companies.  JE, LLC will first seek permission and inform Clients when hiring third-party Vendors, Providers, and other such companies, to complete the requested Service or Project.

How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?

The Personally Identifiable Information of site Visitors and Authorized Clients is only accessible to Jody Egolf, as the founder of JE, LLC.  While JE, LLC will take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins, and the Company cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and the Company will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Clients for any such occurrences.

How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?

Visitors and Authorized Clients may contact JE, LLC to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies via email to [email protected].

Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?

Visitors and Authorized Clients may delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting JE, LLC via email.  However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information.  An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and it will not be sold, transferred, or used in any way moving forward.

Compliance With Laws

Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with the law.  JE, LLC will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information.  JE, LLC will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of Visitors and Authorized Clients.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?

JE, LLC will let Visitors and Authorized Clients know about changes to the privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site.  However, if the Company is changing the privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Client has previously requested not be disclosed, JE, LLC will contact such Visitor or Authorized Client to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
